傭金要符合三個(gè)條件： 1、有合法真實(shí)憑證； 2、支付的對(duì)象必須是獨(dú)立的有權(quán)從事中介服務(wù)的納稅人或個(gè)人； 3、支付給個(gè)人的傭金，除另有規(guī)定者外不得超過(guò)服務(wù)金額的5%），可以計(jì)入銷(xiāo)售費(fèi)用。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)行稅法規(guī)定，從事中介服務(wù)的單位或個(gè)人領(lǐng)取傭金時(shí)必須有合法真實(shí)的報(bào)銷(xiāo)憑證，支付的對(duì)象必須是獨(dú)立的有權(quán)從事中介服務(wù)的納稅人或個(gè)人（不含本企業(yè)雇員），支付給個(gè)人的傭金，除另有規(guī)定者外，不得超過(guò)服務(wù)金額的 5%。
